We mill and pack our GF grains and flours in our exclusively GF millroom in order to avoid any cross-contamination with gluten!

And we are certified to use the Coeliac Society cross-grain logo o all our GF organic products.

Guarantee: All our organically certified grain is free of glyphosate and other chemicals, and we don't add any synthetic man-made folic acid either!
